Products purchased from Techland Pro can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. New products come with its own manufacturer warranty.

Unwanted Returns:

Unwanted product returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) provided by Techland Pro. Merchandise must be in the unused condition only and original packaging.

Refused Delivery:

Returns falling under this category will be treated as ‘ Unwanted Returns ‘ and may therefore be subject to a 20% re-storage fee. The customer may also be liable for the return shipping costs incurred as a result of the refusal of delivery. In such cases, a refund will be issued less a 20% re-storage fee for the value of the goods and less shipping and handling fees.

Defective Items:

Returns shall be excepted within 30 days from the date of shipment with prior Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) given. If an exchange is not required at the moment the RMA is issued, a refund shall be implemented once the merchandise is returned and checked.

The request for authorization is within 30 days for of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.

  • All returns must be approved, and accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us to obtain this number.
  • All accessories and packaging; including boxes are undamaged and with the unit in resellable condition.
  • All manuals and documentation are unaltered and in resellable condition.
  • Unless items are defective or shipped in error, all approved returns are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Item sold as-is are non-returnable.
  • The customer may be responsible for all return shipping charges with an exception where Techland Pro, LLC has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, the customer must contact Techland Pro, LLC to obtain a return label. Techland Pro, LLC is not responsible for any products that are lost or damaged in transit during return shipping. Techland Pro, LLC reserves the right to make final discretion.
